Official notice: dolphin/sea-lion shows and their seating are scheduled to close Jan 12–Apr 9, 2027 for pool works. This differs from full aquarium closure; recheck your date.

- Adults/high-school and above ¥2,500; elementary/junior-high ¥1,200; age 3–preschool ¥700. Special tickets and discounts have separate terms.
- Hours & closures
- Normally 9:30–17:30; Dec–Feb 10:00–17:00; last entry 1 hour before closing. Closure scheduled Jan 18–21, 2027; check special hours.
- Access & outdoor legs
- Hakata → JR Kashii → Kashii Line toward Saitozaki → Uminonakamichi. Allow for transfers and the outdoor walk to the entrance.
- Strollers, nursing & bags
- Strollers allowed. Free loans require a refundable ¥500 deposit and are limited. Check the map for nursing room and paid lockers.

Check the official digital ticket’s date and cancellation terms. Shows and experiences have their own guidance; admission does not include every activity.
Plan it as a separate outing, not a short city-shopping stop. Station/pier transfers and some viewing areas are outdoors; severe weather can change operation.
