Shopping
Plan department-store shopping and specialty-shop visits by building. Check the east-building information for Pokémon venue booking and admission requirements.
Food & dining
Distinguish main-building B2 and 8F dining from the new building. The Shopper’s Card does not cover every restaurant or specialty shop.
Check shopping discounts and tax refunds separately
Conditions differ by branch, shop and brand, even within one chain. Before paying, check visitor eligibility, excluded items, card registration or collection, tax-refund deadlines and processing fees. Follow the branch’s document requirements, including the original passport where required. There is no universal discount rate for every visitor.
With children, plan a break first
Locate nursing rooms, changing facilities and lifts on the official service map, then group nearby floors together. Check age limits, return times and availability for stroller rental. Plan to eat takeaway food in a designated dining area or at your accommodation.
Questions before you go
Do restaurants close when the department store closes?
Not necessarily. Dining floors and individual restaurants can keep different hours, with last orders before closing. Check your restaurant’s information for the day.
Will a particular brand or product be available?
A brand listing does not guarantee stock of a particular model, colour or size. Select the correct branch in the official directory and check with the counter.
How should I plan my shopping stops?
Choose one store near your sightseeing plans, then identify must-buy items and a meal stop. We suggest grouping nearby stores instead of crossing several districts in one day.
