The official FAQ says conveyor-belt seating cannot be reserved. Registration times and ticketing differ by branch, so check the KITTE Marunouchi instructions. A takeaway order or a queue count on the official website is not a table reservation.
The official main-store page limits Saturday, Sunday and public-holiday reservations to banquet courses. Do not assume you can reserve an ordinary tonkatsu meal the same way. Contact the restaurant through its official details with your date, party size and preferred menu, and check course deadlines and cancellation terms.
HARBS does not reserve cafe seats and serves guests in arrival order. Its online cake-order system does not secure a table. Check the line during your Yurakucho shopping break and leave space before any later restaurant booking.
