Note how many gifts you need, whether they must keep at room temperature and when you travel home. Check shelf life and pack sizes at the counter.
Find your way from Shinjuku-sanchome to Isetan’s main building, food hall, restaurants and family facilities. Choose your stops and distinguish the main building from the Men’s Building.
Official information reviewedUse the main building’s B1 food hall for food gifts, 6F for baby care and 7F for dining. The Men’s Building has its own floor layout, so check the building name as well as the floor when looking up a brand.

The official guide gives about a one-minute walk from the Marunouchi Line’s Isetan-side gate. The Fukutoshin Line’s Isetan Front Gate is exit-only from 07:00 to 15:00 and entrance-only after 15:00. Your return route may differ; check lift access separately if using a stroller.
Check official details ↗General shopping is 10:00–20:00; the main building’s 7F restaurants open 11:00–22:00. Finish purchases and counter services before dinner rather than expecting them to remain open afterward. Check special hours and last orders for your date.
Check official details ↗Isetan’s service page links to restaurant and cafe queue information. Displayed waits are estimates, not reservations or guaranteed seats. Ask your chosen restaurant about children’s seating, stroller storage and ordering requirements before joining the queue.
Check official details ↗The main building’s 6F baby-care area lists nursing and changing facilities, a microwave and hot water. Loan strollers are handled at the B1 Shinjuku Station-side information desk. The official service lists advance reservations and Mitsukoshi Isetan app registration, so plan ahead.
