Hakata and Tenjin Christmas markets have different dates, closures and weekday hours. Choose one near your hotel for a visit around dinner, with an indoor stop for children.
Winter in Sapporo calls for both event planning and preparation for icy streets. Check each illumination venue’s dates and the 2027 festival details, then alternate short outdoor visits with indoor breaks.
The filter compares announced date ranges and listed closures only. Check each event’s notes for lighting after midnight and special hours.
