Plan accommodation → bag collection → Nankai Namba Station → Kansai Airport. Confirm the actual departure station on the map. Work backwards from your airline’s check-in deadline and recommended arrival time; add shuttle time for Terminal 2.
Only add shopping if you have at least three spare hours beyond airport departure preparations. Allow for returning from Shinsaibashi, collecting bags and reaching the station. Skip all stops for a morning flight.
