Start with the arrival point closest to your hotel

Nankai trains arrive at Nankai Namba Station; the OCAT bus arrives at Namba OCAT. Compare walking routes from both to your hotel address. With a suitcase or an onward transfer, include the final journey to your hotel when choosing, as well as time aboard the airport service.

Rapi:t: for a reserved seat and luggage space

Rapi:t has reserved seats, luggage space and toilets. You need both the basic fare and a limited-express ticket. Check whether an online product includes both, then board the train and seat you selected. Train facilities: Related official information ↗ Digital ticket guide: Related official information ↗

Airport Express: avoid the limited-express surcharge

Nankai Airport Express requires the basic fare only. Seats are not reserved, so whether you can sit depends on conditions when you board. OCAT bus: compare the final walk first

Boarding is first-come, first-served without reservations. Select the airport-departure direction and your arrival terminal in the official timetable. Road traffic can cause delays; leave a buffer before activities planned just after arrival. Timetable and fares: Related official information ↗

Checking a large bag onto the bus

The trunk allowance is up to two bags per person, with weight, volume and length limits also applying. Keep passports, cash, fragile items and power banks out of checked bags. Retain the baggage claim ticket issued at the airport until arrival. Check the size rules in advance for large bags or special equipment: Related official information ↗

Terminal 2 adds a transfer before the train

You cannot board a train directly at Terminal 2. Take the free shuttle toward Aeroplaza, then continue to Kansai Airport Station. For buses, check that your chosen service stops at Terminal 2. Allow for immigration, baggage collection, shuttle waiting and the walk to the station after your flight lands: Related official information ↗
