- Identify your station: Nankai Namba, Osaka Metro Namba or JR Namba. The shared name does not mean the bag collection location is the same.
- Use the official floor map to locate lockers or counters and their exits, then compare your suitcase dimensions.
- Before paying, read size-based fees, the next charge time, payment methods, restrictions and the collection deadline. Lockers and staffed counters have separate conditions.
- Record the location, floor and number, and keep the key, receipt or QR safe. Do not assume collection is possible after closing.
