Chikaho allows passage from 05:45 to 00:30 the next day. Standard underground-mall shop hours are 10:00–20:00, with individual exceptions and closures on January 1 and inspection days. Do not apply these hours to every corridor or hotel entrance; check your late return route separately.
With strollers or luggage, find the lift exit first
Not every exit has a lift. Choose an exit on the official Chikaho map, then check the destination’s connecting door and final street section. Visiting Snow Festival venues still involves outdoor walking.

The official nursing area is at Aurora Town’s West 3-chome Cross Point, listed for 10:00–20:00, with nursing booths, hot water for formula and changing tables. Its hours are not the passage hours; recheck operation for your visit.
