AOAO SAPPORO is an indoor aquarium on moyuk SAPPORO 4F–6F by Tanukikoji. Check the ticket date, party and 21:00 last admission first. Three-year-olds are not free and stroller loans are not offered, so prepare tickets and child-care needs separately.

The table reflects the review date; check your date’s calendar and sales screen. The FAQ does not allow customer-requested cancellation, refunds or changes. For severe snow or other unavoidable disruption, contact the operator; this is not a refund guarantee.
22:00 closing is not the last entry time
Published standard hours are 10:00–22:00, with last admission at 21:00. Check shorter hours and temporary closures. There is no fixed visit-duration limit after entry, but you must remain within operating hours. If late, ask staff on arrival; priority admission is not guaranteed.

The FAQ lists a baby room inside the paid area on 5F, plus lifts and accessible toilets. If not entering the aquarium, check moyuk’s separate facilities. Stroller loans are not available: bring your own if needed and ask about access conditions. Wheelchair loans do not mean stroller loans are offered.

Large bags that obstruct other visitors are restricted. Paid lockers inside the aquarium are limited, so do not assume a suitcase space will be available. The FAQ permits outside food and drinks and lists an on-site bakery. Ask staff before leaving if you need re-entry.

The address is moyuk SAPPORO 4F–6F, Minami 2-jo Nishi 3-chome 20. Official references are about three minutes from Odori Station or one from the Tanukikoji tram stop. Add time for station exits and snowy surfaces. If adding Daimaru by Sapporo Station, leave time for the separate journey and a meal.
