Opening hours: shopping and dinner have different schedules
Checked on 20 October: department-store hours are generally 10:00–20:00. The official notice lists a 19:00 close for some 7F departments, excluding the consultation and tax-refund counters from that exception. Restaurants follow a separate schedule. Finish shopping and check refund procedures before dinner, and recheck closures and department hours for your date.

Dining Maison generally lists 11:00–23:00, with restaurant-specific hours and last orders. Our suggested approach is floors 7–9 for a sit-down meal and B1 for takeaway food or gifts. Do not assume that every restaurant accepts bookings or orders until the same time.

The official brand directory lists On (オン) in women’s shoes (婦人靴) on 2F at Osaka. This confirms a listed stockist, not a standalone On store or availability of a particular Cloud model. Ask about your model, colour and Japanese size; the store’s main number is 06-6631-1101.

The regular Shopper’s Card is for eligible tax-free visitors, collected at a designated location by showing a passport. Official conditions include a ¥3,000 pre-tax purchase threshold, 5% off qualifying purchases and exclusions. The official access guide places the store beside Nankai Namba, close to Osaka Metro Exit 4 or NAMBA Nannan Exit E2. Metro Namba, Osaka-Namba and Nankai Namba do not share one platform. Check your line, then consider one meal or a Dotonbori walk after shopping.
