Where should I start?

Individual visitors do not need advance reservations. Plan lunch, water and spare clothes separately, and locate the fourth-floor care facilities if visiting with a young child.

Staying through lunch

Bring a meal and schedule a break between activities, before your child is too tired to start looking for food.

A shorter visit

Choose activities your child enjoys instead of rushing through every floor. Leave a generous gap before another booking.

Tickets versus reservations

Individuals can visit without reserving; use the sellers linked by the venue for advance tickets. Standard hours are 09:30โ€“17:00, last entry 16:15. Closures normally fall on the second and third Mondays, with holiday, August and New Year exceptions: check your date.

Ogimachi or JR Temma

Official directions give Ogimachi Exit 2 or about three minutes west from JR Temma. Both stations have lifts; check the accessible route instead of relying only on an exit number. Allow time to move between floors after entering.

Fourth-floor nursing room and stroller loans

The nursing room is inside Peek-A-Boo on 4F. Limited free stroller loans are available at 1F information, for children up to approximately 15 kg. Ask first if you need one; if bringing your own, check the lift diversion during the works.

Prepare lunch and baby food

There is no restaurant inside. Brought-in food can be eaten in designated areas, but there is no microwave or hot-water pot. Plan ahead if baby food or formula needs preparation, and allow for group visitors occupying the eating areas.

Alternate play with breaks

Our suggested rhythm is arrival and bags โ†’ favourite activities โ†’ food and rest โ†’ a little more play. You do not need to stay until closing to make the ticket worthwhile. Pack a change of clothes if choosing water-based play, and include breaks for adults too.
