General store hours are 10:00–20:00. Check the official renovation and relocation notices before visiting a particular brand. A brand listing does not guarantee your preferred size or colour is in stock.

The 12–13F dining area opens 11:00–22:00, with last orders set by each restaurant. Online queue-ticket labels apply only to participating restaurants; open the individual listing for details. For takeaway food, decide where you will eat and how long the journey back will take.

Stroller loans are listed at the 1F Information Centre. Use the 11F baby room as a care stop, and confirm availability and return conditions with staff. Do not plan to take a store stroller on to another destination outside the building.

Tax-free-eligible shoppers can show their passport for a 5% Guest Coupon, valid for seven days including the issue date. Check exclusions and payment conditions before buying. Collecting the coupon does not complete the tax-free process.
