Collect, check the item, then pay

Collect the coupon with your passport at Main Building 1F. The store specifies foreign nationals who entered Japan less than six months ago. Ask whether your item qualifies and present the coupon before paying. Collection information: Related official information ↗

Check each payment, not your daily total

The 5% offer applies to eligible full-price purchases of at least ¥3,000 including tax in one payment. Two separate ¥1,500 payments each fall below that threshold. Ask before buying rather than assuming completed receipts can later be combined.

A worked 5% example

Assume one ¥11,000 tax-inclusive purchase consisting entirely of eligible full-price items. The discount is 11,000 × 0.05 = ¥550, leaving ¥10,450. JapanPin’s arithmetic example excludes any separate tax refund and fees. Confirm applicability before paying.

Planning character shopping or a meal?

Pokémon Center Osaka DX, Pokémon Cafe, JUMP SHOP and Kirby Café are excluded, as are food, restaurants, cafes, events, special-price items, watches and certain brands. If these are your only destinations, check the official exclusions before spending time collecting a coupon.

Personal use, combinations and expiry

Only the passport holder may use it; another 5% coupon cannot be combined. Cash, UnionPay, credit cards and mobile payments are listed. Check the issued coupon’s expiry. Tax-refund procedures are separate.
