The first half runs October 7–12 and the second October 14–19. The fair is closed all day October 13 for changeover. October 12 and 19 close at 17:00, so avoid planning an evening visit. Festival Plaza changes from a royal-themed selection to an afternoon-tea market.
Some workshops and tastings require advance reservations. Check experience bookings separately from general shopping. The October 16–17 tea tasting is reservation-only; use the official page to confirm current availability.
